Shashank has multiple years of investment banking & money management experience in USA. Before founding ProfitShastra, he worked in the investment team at Commonfund, USA that managed 25 billion dollar plus investment portfolios for institutional clients. Previously he worked for BlackRock, USA that manages 3.5 trillion dollar. His experience includes investment strategy, investment selection, due diligence, portfolio & risk management across investment & asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Stocks, Private Equity and Commodities). Shashank has taught CFA lectures to students from various US universities as well as employees of prestigious financial institutions in USA. He received his Engineering degree from the College of Engineering Pune, MS in Management Information Systems and MBA in Finance with a concentration in International Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Shashank is a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Jayant Padbidri serves as Managing Partner at ProfitShastra. Mr. Padbidri retired as a Sr. management employee from Bank of Maharashtra. He was a turnaround specialist at the bank and received numerous recognitions for his achievements. He has extensive experience in the Indian capital market and has successfully navigated various market cycles with his superior analytical skills. Jayant is a graduate of the prestigious Fergusson College, Pune.

Jayant Padbidri

Kevin is the personal development coach at ProfitShastra. Kevin has worked as a Personal Development Coach & Speaker for over 10 years. He is focused on offering his clients practical tips to help them develop and implement their specific Change Plan. He puts great emphasis on increasing his clients' Personal Knowledge and Personal Control by focusing on education, positive stress, positive challenges, and most importantly - Honesty. Kevin has published articles on the topics of: personality, interpersonal behavior, stress management, and health. He has worked with a variety of individuals - from professional athletes to those on public aid - in a number of industries (i.e., customer service, construction, education, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and wholesale foods).
Kevin earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Penn State University, Pennsylvania, USA.

Staci is the English instructor at ProfitShastra. Staci Thota graduated from Dakota State University in Madison, South Dakota (USA) with a Bachelor’s degree in English Education. She also earned a Master’s degree in English with an emphasis on TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of South Dakota. Throughout her career, she has tutored and taught native and nonnative English learners from elementary students to adults. She also sometimes scores responses for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).

Staci Thota

Puratan is involved in investment research, financial training and business development at ProfitShastra. Puratan has a double masters in Accounting and Finance from Pune Univerisity. He also earned his Masters in Finance from Fox School, Temple University, USA. His interests lies in micro and macro economics and financial analysis - the proverbial number cruncher. He has links in various sectors - from academia to defense and has helped the Rinzai group- expands it global execution capabilities. Puratan in his previous roles has worked as Senior Financial Analyst and ERP Consultant.

Puratan Bharti

Amey Kulkarni is involved in investment research, financial training and business development at ProfitShastra. Amey carries rich experience in trading systems, private banking, and wealth management. Amey is a strong advocate of education and believes that education is not an expense, it is an investment. Amey has earned B.E in Electronics and a post graduation in finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
